Frosted Carrot Cafes Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups flour
2 teaspoons soda
4 eggs
1 cup oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 cups sugar
3 cups carrots, peeled, grated
FROSTING:
8 tablespoons butter, softened
1 package cream cheese, softened (8 ounce pkg)
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Directions
In a normal size dish, look flour and soft drinks.
In a large dish, beat eggs; add oil, salt, nutmeg and sugar.
Add flour combination.
Fold in green beans.
Pour into gently oiled jam roll pan. Prepare at 350° for 30 minutes.
Cool and snow.
For icing, merge ingredients for icing and then snow chilled bars.
